Imagine yourself in a town where every step is taken with caution and terror. Every heartbeat could be your last. A twisted serial killer has escaped a prison two states away and has moved his predatory ways to a small town and has begun wreaking havoc on its inhabitants.
This is the story of the small town of Kittredge, Virginia. Population: 2,387 potential victims. Every person in town is suspicious and ready to assign blame on the first stranger that walks by. It has become a town where a serial killer runs free to kill who he pleases, when he pleases. Sexually assaulted housewives found dead in their homes streets, men beaten or stabbed to death and left in the middle of sidewalks. Teenagers and children strangled or worse inside of their schools and bloody clues as to who is next in a trail of a gruesome version of cat and mouse as police come from other states to try to catch this sociopath with no remorse.
Can this small town of horror realize what is happening and who is pursuing them before the psychopath strikes again, or will he follow through with his Cutthroat Obsession?
