Every Villainess has her minions. These one, of course, is one of Vanessa's minions, she treats him like family. Long lost brother, you could say. But, hell, she treats him better then she does her own sister. Anywho, he has the spirit of Jetsam, one of the twin cruel spying Eels that served Ursula.
The pbs Bill Kaulitz. Flotsam aka Tom Kaulitz is taken so, if anyone want to take the role as the younger twin, he is free!
