Appearance: Kida always dresses her best, like the princess she is. Her hair, however, is rarely tied back. It's platinum blonde, but in some lights it looks white. It usually hangs over her shoulders. Often it's tangled. When no one's around she'll put on the minimum clothing necessary and go barefoot. At first look she's skinny, till you notice her muscles. Her feet are small. Occasionally people think they see a strange blue mark beneath her left eye. But on closer look, it vanishes. She wears a crystal necklace that glows softly. Her posture is always regal, though she has been known to sneak along when the need arises.

Personality: Kida has 2 sides to her. The first side, the kid-at-heart side is the one most people see. She's curious about the world around her. She loves asking questions and exploring. She hates conflicts between friends and will do anything to stop it. This is the Kida that people go to for comfort and trust. The other side, is the princess-warrior. She's a tough, no-nonsense leader. She'll fight viciously with a variety of weapons. She can also fight verbally. This side only comes out when her home, or loved ones are threatened. Few people have seen this side of her, but those who do never forget it.

History: The first 13 years of Kida's life were completely normal. She knew her family had a strange history, but she rarely thought about it. When she turned 13, her parents gave her a crystal necklace and told her about their "curse". The Nedal family was repeatedly overshadowed by members of the Atlantian royal family. They constantly repeated the cycle of death as each family member grew to adulthood.
Within months of her birthday, Uri mysteriously disappeared. Straight out of her bed at midnight, never to return. The crystal began to glow brighter. Kida knew she'd never see her mother again. Shortly after her father was struck down with a strange heart condition that killed him within hours. Her inheritance, according to her father's will, was to be spent by sending Kida to the Second Star to the Right Academy. At first she was hesitant. Now she puts all her energy into soothing the princess spirit inside her and ending the cycle.

rp sample: My 18th birthday. It's been 5 years since my world fell apart and I still marvel at how quickly it unraveled. I do not remember much from that time. There was grief, hurt, anger, and confusion. But all these emotions felt so ancient I couldn't decide if they were my own, or of a city lost long ago.
Kida sighed and put the pen down. There was still so much she didn't know. The curse, the gift, the overshadowing, whatever you called it, must be stopped. But she didn't know how. There were time she felt angry at the Princess for making her life so miserable. But she knew her Highness's life had been no bed of roses. Did that mean her family had to suffer? She sighed again and picked up the pen.
Speak to me, Princess. Tell me what I have to do to end this. You can't be soothed with tears or death, or you would have been put to rest long ago. What do you want? What can I do to make you stop?
