Build: Average. Curvy, but not drop-dead sexy.
Appearance: Sophie's an average looking girl. Long, wavy brown hair and normal brown eyes. She's a bit of an average Jane, though is very beautiful in her own respect.

She takes care of herself often, which is exemplified in her healthy appearance. Just the same, Sophie doesn't wear excessive make up, and rarely wears any other than on her eyes and lips. She's quite modest where her looks are concerned, preferring to appear like an average woman.

As for clothing, Sophie usually dons professional clothing for the workdays. This consists of dress shirts, blouses generally, and an appropriate skirt that never goes above her knees. Again, it can't be said enough she's quite modest about her body.

Weaknesses:

• Shy :: Sophie's not an outwardly adventurous soul. She likes her quiet time and finds herself feeling quite awkward in new situations. As such, teaching is something of a challenge.
  
• Pampered :: This girl didn't come from a home of poverty, so when she's given second hand material or clothing, she's less than pleased.
  
• Moody :: It doesn't happen often, but if you continue to tug Sophie along and she catches on that she's being played, she can be quite the witch. Though revenge isn't something she outwardly seeks, she will hold a grudge and give someone the cold shoulder.
  
• Authority :: Though Sophie's good at standing up for herself to most, those with higher power do intimidate her. As such, if she's scolded or reprimanded, she'll do as they say.
  
• Blindly devoted :: When the woman's loyal to someone, it takes a lot for her to realize those that she believes in are betraying her. Sophie's stubborn, and won't believe she's being betrayed unless it's proven before her eyes.

Strengths

• Kindness :: There isn't many out there with more sympathy and utter kindness than Sophie. She feels for those less fortunate and won't take no for an answer when offering hospitality.
  
• Loyalty :: Though this can be a weakness, this woman's loyal to a fault. She believes in standing by her loved ones quite deeply.
  
• Self-discipline :: Sophie's rather good at self restraint. She picks her battles, knowing when to pull away and when to indulge in her feelings.
  
• Mercy :: Even in the face of someone she greatly dislikes, Sophie will be kind if they ask for forgiveness. Granted she thinks they deserve it of course, she 's not not ignoring them.
  
• Patience :: Sophie doesn't mind waiting if she's promised something. She's very lenient to her students and their creative streaks, and will give many extensions if asked.

Secrets Sophie's got a thing for bad boys, but she doesn't allow anyone to know this.
Personality: Sophie's a gentle soul. She's very kind to everyone, strangers included, though not naively so. She knows when she's being played and knows when to be cautious. Just the same, she's generous and could have made a fantastic nurse.

Despite this, the woman can be spiteful. That isn't to say she's vengeful, because that's far too unladylike in her opinion. But she's not beyond giving one the cold shoulder and blatantly ignoring those that have hurt or irritated her intentionally in the past. She's not exactly immature, but she was quite spoiled growing up. As such, her view on nonsense is quite limited.

Once someone manages to befriend her and indeed, get over that somewhat awkward social behaviour of her's, Sophie's infinitely devoted. She's a loyal friend and won't hesitate to assist someone if they need it.

Abilities: None. She's not that spectacular at much, other than her artistic streak. She's quite good with her hands, but that's a talent more than anything.

History: Sophie didn't grow up with the bare minimums. On the contrary, she was given an excess of toys and games whenever she wanted. It went without saying she was pampered to the extreme.

Her parents were quite loving, if a little negligent. They weren't always around for Sophie's needs, so she was often settled with a nanny or babysitter in lieu of parental care. Though this didn't bother her much during her childhood, as she grew into a teenager she was prone to missing them more and more.

This became painfully obvious when her little brother was born, and though both Josephine and Robert were home for most the week, she wasn't given much attention. She felt very shoved aside, and heavily resented her brother from then on.

Which is why it came as a blessing when Sophie was notified of her inner being and, though she didn't want to leave her home, joined the school in an attempt to show her parents that she didn't need them. However, her wish didn't exactly play out, and she was forced to send letters and call them with news, as they were too absorbed with the new baby.

Over the years, Sophie and her parents have reached something of an equal ground, though they still don't communicate all that much, as she's got a job out of state and they continue to spoil and pamper their youngest child.
