Appearance: Leo is your average Florida surfer boy. He's blonde, blue eyed, and tan. He is slightly muscled but it isn't over stated. He has never had the ambition to be a hulk. He is never without shorts and flipflops. Ocasionally his choice of tops will differ as to weather it's Disney parafanaella, obscure bands, or even occasionally brand name items.

Leo's style never varies (besides the genre of shirts) throughout the seasons and throught most of his life even. It is a very simple thrown together style. In truth however Leo doesn't pay much attention to what he's wearing. He doesn't have much of a sense of vanity at all. The little bit of vanity he reserves is for his surf equipment. He has a stickler of a mother however who always makes sure that his hair is somewhat presentable. He doesn't really mind however as long she doesn't try to make him look polished.

Personality:Leo is a very mellow and down to earth guy. He has little issues with people. The only issues he has are with those who seek to better themselves by putting down others. He rarely has large issues caused by this.

When he's not surfing he's the class clown. Leo is naturally funny. He always has been and that makes him liked by many people. He is the kind of person you want around when you're having a bad day because he can say anything to light up your day. He tends to have a very childlike demenor. He has high levels of self control and is only provoked into serious anger if something happens that hurts someone he deeply cares about.

History: Leo was born the oldest child of Sally and Rick Morgan. From an early age he was surrounded by swimming and by Disney. He basically grew up in Disney World since both of his parents had proment positions there. He also was an amazing swimmer from age two on. That was his main hobby. When he was 6 he began trying to surf. He was a success at that as well.

His sister Jacklyn was born when he was two. When she entered school he felt the need to protect her and this continued throughout the school experience. When he was 12 his sister was mercilessly bullied by high schoolers for no reason. He couldn't stand it. He attacked them. Because of this he was taken out of school. A few days later he recieved a letter from Second Star offering him a chance to continue his education there. His parents sent him off straight away.
